ITCM provides a nurturing environment, providing engineers with exciting and varied opportunities to continually develop technical and managerial skills along with further training to develop new skills. There are many different career paths at ITCM. We regularly recruit experienced engineers and newly-qualified engineers and offer several places for students undertaking their ‘industrial placement’ as part of their undergraduate studies. We also recruit experienced mechanical and electrical technicians who play a vital role in machine assembly and development programmes. Our training programmes help our employees to develop skills and advance their careers. Both on-the-job and formal training is provided and the pursuit of further qualifications such as, CEng, MIET, MIMechE, MISPE is actively encouraged and supported.

Typical positions available

ITCM typically employs between 75 and 95 people ranging from professional engineers to technicians, administration, spares and procurement staff, and to undergraduate students on placement.
